Ductformer Line-A-Duct DL-60 (or 72)

Ductformer’s Line-A-Duct DL-60 (or 72) is designed to be installed in any manufacturer’s Duct Coil Line System or used as a Free-Standing Unit. As the sheet exits the Coil Line TDF/C it will be conveyed directly into the Glue Extrusion System. The sheet will then pass through the Insulation Feed and Cutoff. The roll of insulation will be paid off and positioned onto the duct section and cut-to-length. It will then pass under a Pressure Roller to assist in adhering the insulation to the glued duct section. The insulated sheet will then pass through the Weld Pin System (not pictured) where the Multi-Head Pin Spotter will weld insulation pins after the liner is applied. The System will feature a Variable Speed Drive which controls the Conveyor speeds during the pin spot operation.
