The Bodor U10 Pro — Bodor’s Hicut (HCut 10) — is the professional model of Bodor’s U Series structural steel laser cutting machines. Built for H-beam and structural steel processing, it combines six production procedures in a single machine: loading, perforation, notching, beveling, cutting and unloading. One machine, one setup, up to 200% higher production efficiency than separate operations.

Six procedures in one machine

• Automatic loading — a full load cycle in under 20 seconds.
• Perforation and notching — one-step notch forming, no second operation.
• Beveling — 5-axis cutting linkage (A, C, X, Y, Z) with 180° reciprocating motion for bevel cuts.
• Cutting and automatic unloading — finished workpieces sorted by length as they come off the machine.

Built for structural steel fabricators

• Profiles, tube and sheet in one machine — the U Series cuts structural profiles, tube and metal sheet, so one laser covers beam, channel and angle work plus plate and tube.
• U Series profile capacity — profiles up to 1500 mm wide, 600 mm high and 28,000 mm long.
• Tekla drawing compatibility — HCut 10 reads Tekla drawings and automatically generates processing code, including perforation, beveling, notching, marking and cutting.
• Intelligent deviation correction and positioning — the machine corrects for profile deviation in real time, so cutting stays accurate on real-world structural material.
• Multi-material continuous loading — flexible combinations of different materials for continuous loading, cutting and unloading.
• Works with your existing foundations — compatible with plasma cutting foundations already on the market, so a laser upgrade does not need new foundations. An optional steel foundation is available.
• MANGO wireless controller and a 5-year warranty.
