Product description

Ductformer’s Dual Head TDFC Rollformers — the CR12-TDFC-DH (12-station, C-Style) and the CR14-TDFC-DH (14-station, F-Style) — form the TDFC (Transverse Duct Connector) flange profile in 16 to 26 gauge galvanized steel. With two heads running at the same time, they form both ends of the duct in a single pass, doubling production over a single-head rollformer. They are designed for installation in existing duct coil lines or as a complement to an existing line, and they are made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

Built around an all-welded frame with an all-gear drive, oil bath gear reducer, heavy-duty spindle shafts and anti-friction roller bearings, the dual head rollformers are self-adjusting across the full gauge range and universal left/right hand in design. A handwheel changes the width in one to two minutes, and a by-pass conveyor keeps the line moving.
