Product description

The Ductformer CR14-TDFC-DH Dual Head Rollformer forms the TDFC (Transverse Duct Connector) F-Style flange profile on both ends of the duct at the same time — in 16 to 26 gauge galvanized steel. With two 14-station heads running at once, it doubles production over a single-head rollformer. It is designed for installation in existing duct coil lines or as a complement to an existing line, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

Built around an all-welded frame with an all-gear drive, oil bath gear reducer, heavy-duty spindle shafts and anti-friction roller bearings, the CR14-TDFC-DH is self-adjusting across the full gauge range and universal left/right hand in design. A handwheel changes the width in one to two minutes, and a by-pass conveyor keeps the line moving.
