The Ductformer TDFC Power Brake is a standalone, operator-fed brake designed specifically for bending the 90° bends on rectangular ductwork — about 10 seconds per bend. It requires only 110V electrical power and shop clean, dry compressed air, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri. It is a Quick Ship item.

A unique safety feature, the TDFC Power Brake can minimize serious injury: it uses a 1/4-inch safety clamp system and a staged clamping system. The recessed upper beam lets you bend lined duct, and segmented spaced bars with an alignment blade let the operator quickly line up the part. Pallet jack fork pockets make the brake easy to move around the shop.
