The Ductformer CR12-TDFC Rollformer forms the TDFC (Transverse Duct Connector) C-Style flange profile in 16 to 26 gauge galvanized steel — in a single pass, at production speed. It is the most cost-effective way to build and install ductwork with the TDFC flange system, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

Built around a heavy-duty, all-steel frame, the CR12-TDFC uses an all-gear drive with an oil bath reducer, heavy-duty spindles and sealed roller bearings for quiet, dependable, low-maintenance operation. A full 24-inch infeed table with through-hardened tool steel guides keeps material tracking straight, and the included Small Parts Feed Guide lets you roll fittings and small parts safely.
