The Ductformer CR8-CF Cleat Former forms S-Cleats and Drive Cleats in 20 to 28 gauge galvanized steel — in a single pass. It forms the Drive Cleat Flange on the end of the duct and works with both L-Shape and Full Wrapper ducts, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will notice the quality of a Ductformer rollformer as soon as you turn the power on. The CR8-CF runs on a direct oil bath gear reduction with “lube for life” bearings — no chains, no belts, no adjustments to wear out — which makes it the quietest rollformer Ductformer builds. A 24-inch infeed table keeps material tracking straight.
