The Ductformer CR8 Auto-Feed Rollform System is designed to feed and form flat “S” and Drive Cleats from coil — automatically. A user friendly, programmable controller sequences the strip feed and cycles the cut-off die based on the length you enter. It is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

The system combines a Dual Station Coil Cradle with a Flying Shear Cut-Off. Coil is fed through the 8-station rollformer to form the cleats, and the pneumatic flying shear cuts each piece to length — no operator handling between operations. Infeed and outfeed tables with straightening guides keep the strip tracking straight.
