The Bodor X3 is the X Series high-speed sheet metal laser — Bodor’s new flagship for sheet metal fabrication and job shops. It pairs a second-generation cast-iron bed with L2 AI cutting and Bodor’s Diamond high-speed transmission, so it cuts fast, stays accurate, and spends more time cutting and less time waiting.

High speed, held accurate

• Second-generation cast-iron bed — a 10-ton bed with rigidity up 100% and vibration damping of around 90%, for stable high-speed cutting and long-term accuracy.
• Diamond high-speed transmission — built for the sustained high speeds the X Series is named for.
• Vision edge finding — 0.5-second, dual-camera positioning finds sheet edges fast and precisely.

L2 AI cutting

• AICutter intelligent parameter tuning — the machine tunes its own cutting parameters.

Unattended batch processing

• Smart-vision remnant nesting with BodorNest — 95%+ material utilization from remnant nesting.
