The Ductformer 16-Gauge Duct Beader is designed to bead up to 16 gauge mild steel sheets, 60 inches wide, with adjustable depth beads on 12-inch centers. It runs smooth, quiet and dependable, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

Beading stiffens the duct and improves its appearance, and the Ductformer beader does it fast — at 48 feet per minute — with an all-gear drive, an oil bath reducer and a self-adjusting full gauge range. A 24-inch infeed table with hardened tool steel guides keeps material tracking straight.
