The HACO FLEX BEND is a compact robot bending cell that automates the bending of small to medium parts. The cell combines an EMaster 13040 electric press brake (40 tons, 1.3 m, FASTBEND 3D MT control, 4-axis backgauge X/R/Z1/Z2, European Standard clamping) with a FANUC M-20iD/35 robot (6-axis, 35 kg payload) with 30iB controller. Programming is handled completely offline, with no robot teaching at the machine. Part sizes run from 35 x 100 mm up to 300 x 500 mm, with a maximum product weight of 5 kg, in a floor space of approximately 4 x 5 m.
