The U.S. Industrial USHB1558C is a 155-ton x 8′ CNC hydraulic press brake with ESA S929 CNC control, servo X and Y axes, linear encoder, linear guide rail on the back gauge and torsion bar design. U.S. Industrial press brakes are available from 22 to 440 tons and 4′ to 16′ lengths, and are assembled, calibrated, tested and inspected at the manufacturer’s Memphis, Tennessee facility.

Standard equipment includes: ESA S929 CNC control with 10″ high resolution screen and offline programming; servo X and Y axes; linear encoder; linear guide rail on back gauge; torsion bar design; heavy duty forged hydraulic cylinders; adjustable dwell timing; light curtains front and photo-electric eyes rear; goose-neck punch and multi-opening die for up to 90-degree forming; and space between ram tool clamps.
