The original Autofold system is the backbone of the Autofold production due to its design and the use of the best material’s in manufacture ,all Autofold machines run Bosch rexroth hydraulics and are standard on every machine ,we do not charge to upgrade from pneumatic systems and Air is not a requirement on the Autofold.

The AutoFold-516 from Advance Cutting Systems is a high-performance automated coil line for HVAC and ductwork manufacturing, in left-feed and right-feed configurations and multiple-coil setups. Built in England and serviced in Birmingham, Alabama, it offers coil straightening, beading and notching, drive cleats, Snaplock and Pittsburgh seams, AutoFold V8 control with a 14-inch touchscreen, and an optional Fabri-Flange Dual TDF/TDC system. Side eject (SEE) models eject finished duct to the side.
