The Ductformer CR8-SDC Rollformer produces Slip and Drive Cleats on its inboard rolls — two (2) roll sets inboard, plus two (2) roll sets of optional outboard rolls, so four roll sets can run at the same time. It forms 20 to 28 gauge galvanized steel into flat “S” and Drive Cleats, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

You will notice the quality of a Ductformer rollformer as soon as you turn the power on. The CR8-SDC runs on an ultra-quiet, direct-drive oil bath gear drive with sealed roller bearings — no chains, no belts, no adjustments to wear out. A 24-inch infeed table keeps material tracking straight.
