The Ductformer Fully Automatic Wrap Brake DB-60 (or 72) receives a part and bends the pre-notched blank into a finished duct section — a full wrap duct in 30 seconds. It handles 16 to 26 gauge material, up to 125-inch blanks, and it is made in America by Ductformer in St. Louis, Missouri.

First the duct section enters the DB-60 Auto Brake through the entrance conveyor, where it is automatically positioned for bending. The Model DB-60 (72) incorporates the latest technology from name brand industrial component manufacturers, with simple color touch screen controls and part data entry in seconds.
