Norlok custom-engineers clinching systems to your specifications. Norlok Technology Inc. of Brantford, Ontario designs each custom machine to the customer’s application — the engineering department works from your parts, materials and production targets, using 3D CAD and FEA, and builds the machine around the Clinchlok joint: the upper tooling squeezes two plies between a punch and die, locking them together with no rivets, bolts, fasteners, heat or adhesives, no fumes, and little or no damage to painted or galvanized finishes.

From a single custom press to a complete production line, a custom Norlok system can combine round and rectangular clinching, hole punching and self-piercing riveting in one machine, with the throat depth, stroke, controls and safety monitoring your job requires.
