The Norlok Letter Lok 3000 is a portable return fastening machine designed to fasten the open end of channel letter returns, from Norlok Technology Inc. of Brantford, Ontario. It eliminates drilling and pop riveting open letter returns and letter centers, producing a UL recognized fastener in just two pieces of aluminum — a Clinchlok joint formed with no drilling, no screws and no pop rivets, no heat or adhesives, and no fumes.

For sign shops and channel-letter fabricators, the Letter Lok 3000 finishes the job the Letter Lok floor machines start: it closes the open end of the return quickly and cleanly, anywhere a 3/8-inch air line and 75 lb air pressure are available. It is air-over-oil powered, nearly maintenance free, and portable, with a spring balancer for mounting to the optional mobile cart or a customer fixture.
